She's the host of the Travel Channel's "Eye of the Beholder," and this pic has circulated heavily on the web for the past couple of weeks. I guess I goofed up. I sent an e-mail asking if it tickled; her reply:

"The mehndi application didn't really tickle, but it
took a lot of patience. 7 hours to be exact, but well
worth the outcome!"

It sounds like she's ticklish - if the mehndi didn't tickle, but she knows what it feels like to BE tickled (and what it feels like to not be) then that says ticklish to me.
