The Feds are very interested in the Serial Tickler’s work, not so much his method of torture, but his work on a fast acting neurotoxin that renders victims unharmed but helpless for hours. The Serial Tickler has perfected a formula derived from a tree and recently suspected his computer was being monitored. He erases his hardrive and only saves a printed copy of his work. The Feds know he has a penchant for hiring escorts and tickling them since he knows they will never call the cops. However, one escort did, and the Feds found the perfect way to set him up, or at least they thought.
A agent is sent on a ‘date’ instead of the escort requested by the Serial Tickler, it is agent Brooke who is armed with a toxin of her own that she will inject when giving the Tickler a lapdance. However, the Tickler has caught wind of the plan, lets Brooke drug him since the toxin will only last for 20 mins. Brooke rummages through his stuff, finds the plans, but it turns out they are fake and laced with the very toxin she is looking for. Lights out for Brooke! She comes to hours later, stripped, gagged and blindfolded. The Serial Tickler brutally tickles her, taunts her, paying extra special attention to Brooke’s super ticklish and sensitive feet.
