The idea here is that, because she is at all times amorous, she decided to touch her own feet sensually to her own liking. They're consistently depicted as being very pudgy and plush, all curve and no edge, so her fingers just sink into the soles. Think of it like masturbating to yourself; call it vain but she's pretty sexy and I don't exactly HATE the idea.

I get the impression that you approve! Attractive females can just get away some things that other people never will.... and who can really blame her? With soles like that, if she wants to praise her own feet as she diddles herself, she's plenty entitled to. Thanks again bud!
