The third one (girl in pink) is Vanessa Decker from Czechtickling. Not sure which clip, but if you search her name on his clips for sale, it should bring it up.
 
In the first one, the Czech Tickling clip, the lee is Melisa. And in the first GIF from Tickle Abuse that's Donna.
