Tamia,Thank you very much for your response hun I appreciate you and other friends on forum that are rooting for me Geeze Tamia I wonder about that myself!,seriously I have a job to do and I am giving 110% doing it doing my best making sure the customers I correspond with whether it through a phone call or through the front desk is having their needs met and go away happy..I really am having a good time doing the job and I am doing this for me!,I don;t try to impress others but I believe I am 🙂

Thank you Flockofseagulls It does,doesn;t it? I believe it is as I am surprised what responses from customers I receive when I am simply calling to confirm their reservations,and inform them we at the Resort are looking forward to seeing them when they arrive. Alot of thank you's for the reminder,they are excited to get their vacation underway and sometimes ask for my personal extension

I don;t know if I am speaking too soon but I am very grateful for all who have responded to my thread as I loved sharing this good news of mine...But I am wondering if I should take a step back and let this thread go into the shadows as hearing about some other members bad ending of having followed their dream/pursuit in career has me feeling a little sad ..After all,I am a good person in my own way but I am not any more special than anyone else here and I don;t want to be put on a pedestal .

Thank you danny for congratulation me 😀 No you can call me Laurie,supervisor is a title but seriously I don;t interact with my ci-workers like I am their boss unless they slack off not doing their job or acting inapproriately to our customers..The crew I have now work at our own desks but we all work as a team 😀
