Shaved skin more ticklish?

Can anyone tell me how much more ticklish someone is after they shave an area? If you have a hairy stomach for example, will there be a huge increase in ticklishness if shaven, or is the effect minimal at best? Have any people thought that they were not ticklish until they shaved their body and tried again?
