The first time I went to a dungeon (Mistress Rebecca's Hidden Chamber) in 1999, I paid $150 for a one-hour foot worship session. The price was the same including tickling when I went back many times.
[PS: the Hidden Chamber closed in 2006 after being raided by the vice squad. They were also offering strap-on play which is illegal here in NY.]
In the quarter century since then, the price for a one-hour session has doubled to $300 in my experience. So, $375 for one hour of foot worship seems slightly high to me and $475 for one hour of tickling seems quite high.

Keep in mind that's $100 less than for a "30 minute footjob", not even accounting for the end result.

The owners not only offer no coupons, but also the Dommes who work in dungeons expect a generous tip (because they are getting only half of the session fee that you paid).

Let’s put things in perspective. Yes an hourly rate is exorbitantly high, but, realistically, how many actual sessions do you think they do per day. Versus the time they spend working on getting sessions, only if to have people probably cancel?
Plus, they need to eat, pay rent, hopefully have healthcare, etc.
They are charging, probably, but the market is willing to pay.
