I know some girls who are vegan who say they don't associate themselves with feathers. Would you tickle them with a feather just to piss them off? LOL Also what if a Vegan got ice cream or tuna fish put on her feet and a cat or dog licked it off? Would that also go against a vegan belief?

An interesting conundrum indeed, but I'm afraid the point is moot; you shouldn't tickle vegans at all. Their bodies are likely so malnourished that the exertion caused by strenuous laughter and struggling would likely kill them. XD

I would tickle a vegan with a feather if I knew her as a friend but it depends on how close is our friendship.
I have hung out with one or two and they don't eat meat. Not sure why a feather would turn them off unless they are more PETA then vegan without realizing it. I have teased a female friend about how good this hamburger in front of her was to eat ( I mean really over exaggerating how good it was) but she knew I was just playing and wasn't trying to sway her life choice.
