Yeah, that's the thing that makes me shake my head and just makes me weep for humanity. Guy clearly lost it.

What I wonder is why he would bother covering his private area? He's not shy enough to run around naked, but too shy for anyone to actually see it I guess. Was it a cold night? :laughing:

I also heard some time ago about a case on the news where there was this guy running around in parks, licking the toes of 15 year old boys, and then running off before the kids could do anything about it.

Thats beyond sick. Its a safety issue. He could have been a pedophile, and he possibly was.

This is very curious...the article said he's been doing this for around for 5 years. He covered himself up as he exited the residence. It appears that he doesn't want to be seen naked, at least not seriously. Yet he ran out naked, meaning that he entered naked or else they would have found his clothes. So who goes streaking when they don't want to be seen?

He goes into houses and tickles women's feet...obviously they are going to wake up and see him. Tickling an un-restrained person is the one of the least harmful things you can do to a person. So his intent is not to hurt anyone or violate them in any serious way. He only enters through unlocked doors, furthering the idea of his non-intent to harm, I mean he could bust in through a locked door or break a window.

My theory is that this man is just try'ing to get away with this stupid act as long as possible. And maybe the whole "naked" thing is a gimmic. He wants to be noticed, but he doesn't seem to be after anything more. As to the tickling of women's feet? Maybe this duche thinks we're the perverts and he's just pretending to act like one.

Am I just practicing wishful thinking?

You have a point about the naked thing in the first part. But, i HAVE AN IDEA.
Perhaps it is simply that he did not want to be heard, after all, the sound of clothing scratching each other can wake me up a lot.
