Significant other before or after you are successful?

If you win the lottery or become very successful to live in high class society, and single, would you have liked to have met your spouse before or after your fortune.

Kind of like that movie coming to america. Would you be that person who wonders how your life would have turned out if you weren't rich or successful, would you still be with that same person if things were different?

If I'm understanding his question, I think he is asking if someone became rich, whether they would rather meet a partner before or after they made their fortune. My answer would be before.

While we know that there are people who are involved for love, and not due to how much money someone has, the reality is that, if, for example, I had... 10 million dollars, I couldnt help but wonder whether or not my money would be a factor in someone's feelings for me. If I was.. a pauper, or not wealthy, and someone loved me, I would then know they loved me for the qualities I posess, and how I make them feel.

In all seriousness though, I think you'd need to be able to trust your ability to discern genuine affection for gold-digging.

Though if you wanted to be really cynical, you could argue that loving somebody because they make you feel good is just as instrumental and utilitarian as loving somebody for their boatloads of cashmoney.

before i guess would be better because i dont want someone that wants me for money and if i met someone before all that and we loved eachother enought to know the other is not out for money then i can be finantaly supportive for her among other things if i did win the lotto i would help my family out my frineds out especialy saeria she would be set for life if i had money

Neither. Life is easier when you have no S/O. Granted I live alone and under a bridge, but that has nothing to do with my decision.
