Somehow, please explain it to me, this show actually gets ratings. I caught part of it tonight for like the 2nd time I've ever watched the show, thinking maybe it somehow got better. This show has to be the worst show on tv. The girls are talentless, lazy, stupid and really not that great looking. I'm ashamed to say I wasted the minutes of my life I did watching such nonsense.

Well,the show get's ratings because of Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie.I have only watched the commercials for this show.I wouldn't waste my time watching it.I have said this in another post.You,have all those talented actors and actresses in Hollywood.And,all them can come up with is this.And,then there are those reality shows,whicn again are just a waste of air space.I rarely watch network TV any more,I watch channels like A&E,Discovery Channel.TV just makes mashed potatoes out of your brain so when I do watch I look for something that I might be able to learn.So,turn off your TV and read.

There are actually folks out there who think these two friggin' idiots are funny. Others watch to try, beyond hope, to catch a "wardrobe malfunction", regardless of the remoteness of such an event. Incredible. The title of the show has a double meaning: in other words, 'simple' being the first part of the word 'simpleton'. The FOX demographic, pure and uh...simple.

There are three things for me that are a surety in this life: a) death, b) taxes, and c) the improbability of me watching any show on FOX starring live people.

The only thing keeping "Simple Life II" from being the dumbest show in televison history was the debut of "Outback Jack" on TBS this past week 😀

I thought I'd seen dumb until watching Outback Jack. Within twenty minutes my IQ plummeted 30 points 😀

While doing a nightly excercise routine the other night, the show came on...within the first 2 minutes I was disgusted that something like this would even make it on television. Add to that list any and all of the so-called reality shows. I spend less and less time watching television these days, which I guess is a good thing.
Why do we let our inteligence be assaulted in this way?????

Drew, at least the WWE has SOME sort of plotline to it (be it however stupid it might seem)and we all know the characters in that universe are fiction. However, this crap show actually tries to pass itself off as being 'reality'. Now that's sad.

i was flipping channels the other night, and was mesmerized as Paris was sitting on a swing barefoot. as she would ride upward in the swing, her very attractive feet would be presented to millions of fans in the audience.

then she and Nicole spoke, and i changed the channel.

You know, I was about to say something witty like "I would have tied her to the pool table and tickled the shit out of her"...but then I gave it a moment of thought.

In light of Ms. Hilton's glaring lack of any redeeming social qualities at all, AND the fact that she has the brains and morals of a sheet of plywood...I can honestly say that given the chance, I'd pass. Swear to God.
