NOTE: Images have now moved to Jen's Corner (which can be found overhere).


PS: I'd advice you to read the interview (attached below) or at the very least the quick-facts page (right-most picture attached) before voting. That way you have a better idea who you're voting for.

The two ticklish (and tickle-happy) half-alien sisters Emmi and Emma have been interviewed. I included a copy of the newspaper article here, as well as a separate sheet of paper on which you can see some 'fast facts'.

Furthermore, they urged me to put up a poll to find out which of the two is more popular. hmpf. I said "all right, I'll do it" after a bit of persuasion. 😛

The fact is that these twins are quite different persons really... even though they are real twins. One of them is gentle and nice, the other is rough and cruel. But there's people of every kind, so if you like tickle-TORTURE you might find that Emma is your gal,... otherwise you probably edge more towards Emmi. It must be one or the other... so please check what tickle style fits your preference best and vote for her! (if you're really really tied... woah! but sorry, I do want you to make a choice). It may influence also which of the two will get a bit more attention in the future.

And well, to be honest... I'm curious too.

This started out funny. In the beginning I saw Emma having 8 votes vs Emmi zero. Emmi has caught up well but at the moment it still looks like Emma's in the plus.

The poll is open for a total of 10 days, I think it's about halfway, so if you haven't voted yet... you're welcome to do so still.

No kidding. I honestly thought that you had abandoned the ship. haha. Haven't seen any comments from you on the Space Baby story after you said you'd probably read it. Space Baby is finished in the meanwhile and a boatload of additional artwork has been uploaded since in the Jen's Corner thread (which is her new home, where I will keep uploading new stuff on the four as I create them). Yep. That's 15 pictures in Jen's corner right now (the newest got uploaded yesterday). You'll find four old ones there too... but most of them are new. Single drawings as well as short-story pages. None of them as shocking as the first two chapters of the story, so should be pretty safe and fun to watch what else I now came up with.

I voted myself too (only once of course) because I do have a favourite myself as well and I'm just a person like everyone else. Hee. Yep, voted for Emma (probably not hard to guess) although I must say that I probably like her better in my fantasy than I would in reality. I'm too much of a coward for the real stuff. *laughs* But fantasies are exciting nonetheless. Thanks for the comment on the interview too. I think some might have thought it was too much text to work through as they are visiting this part of the forum particularly for images... But it needed to be here.

Thank you TickleWizard! On Emma's torture... maybe I haven't been entirely clear about that (?) but she does mention pain. Her tickling isn't so much the torture, it's more the other things she does at the same time. A sample of that you can see in the latest page I added to Jen's Corner (linked by me 3 posts up). But I totally understand that's not for everyone. I'm in fact amazed that Emma's still scoring higher than Emmi (with all the "vanilla" content generally seen on the forum). Good to know what people prefer though (and that's also why this poll was so important). I think it's safe already to say that a good mixture of both is in order. I can set my mind to that. Actually, the next picture featuring the twins (not sure if it is the next picture necessarily, I have another one I want to do) called "hide and seek" features Emmi and Peggy. So keep track of Jen's Corner for that in time.

I gathered that about Emma from that awesome and very cute comic. I still prefer Emmi though, she has the same sort of view towards tickling as I do.

I've voted on Emma, tho if there was such option I'd have voted for both of them, as I like both approaches. And the interview in fact is really great thing, as it helps to get to know the character from other side, than just from comics/drawings. And is very well written too 😉

Til: It's on purpose I didn't include that option (both). I wanted to see a clear cut on how the interest was divided, even if someone's 51% edging towards one side... that's where they go. 😉 But I understand there's probably a few who like both of them. They are double lucky. Don't call them though, as they might be fighting over you (or you may like that. 😛 ) Thanks about the comments on the interview. Glad you liked it!

The next page is going to be Emmi vs Peggy (in "Hide and Seek"). But I'm sure they will have a bunch of interaction between the two of each other to come as well.

PS; Jen's still on holiday and it looks like she's going to extend her time off during the shortest month as well. Emmi is taking part in the Olympic games and after that you should start to see some more of Emma again as well (if not earlier).

I didn't vote. Why? One is too sweet and innocent, which doesn't work for me, and the other would likely have me in a power struggle which the author would clearly be biased towards the female, forcing me to become an author myself to win, since I would HAVE to win.

Nothing happened to her, but this poll was just not about her. 😉

I think the last piece I did is even about her (Emmi and her).

About Emma's losing... yeah. Emmi's sticking her tongue out to her sister. "They liked me best! See?"
