Skeptical About Peoples Ticklishness

I have experienced so many women tell me "ohhh my feet are so ticklish" "my feet are the worst" "I laugh like crazy when my feet are tickled" BLAH BLAH BLAH (this is when I tell them I am into tickling / or am "talking" with them and bring up ticklishness)

Then when it comes down to the come down, a lot of times they are only lightly ticklish...

People without tickle fetish sure have a diluted sense of whats "very" ticklish

Prime example - That hot chick from road rules in her tickling video, she sure makes it sound like her feet are the most ticklish in her intro and then only lightly ticklish!

Now when people tell me that I automatically say in my head "uh huh, I'll believe it when I see it"

I agree 100%. thats why i never get that excited when a woman claims to be extremely ticklish. most of the time they are at best, average ticklishness. pisses me off!

that's why i live by actions speak louder than words, how they react speaks more about their ticklishness than when they say how much they are. That way i never get pissed off or upset.

I think how "ticklish" a person is varies so much according to so many factors it's usually a crapshoot as to the reactions you may get at any given time.

Mindset is important, and varies from person to person, I've found... some people are more ticklish if they feel restrained or trapped, some are more ticklish when they feel relaxed and comfortable, some are super sensitive when aroused and others wouldn't feel a thing if horny.

Just like chemistry in personal relationships, there's chemistry between ler's and lee's (itself a personal relationship).

Precisely. Truthfully, if I found someone who was "screamingly" ticklish, I'd likely back away slowly. I don't need my eardrums punctured, thank you very much. I know there are some people who are big into that kind of reaction, and more power to them, but that's not me.

Give me a laugher any day.

Back to the original point, since giving up my singlehood, I find I don't involve myself in conversations that deal with ticklishness. I remember being excited when someone admitted to being ticklish, and even more so when they said they were "extremely" so. I don't recall being skeptical. If they were mentioning it without saying that they hated it, I was a fan!

What Rusty said. I am heinously ticklish with a lot of people but if I'm nervous, distracted, or uncomfortable my ticklishness drops a LOT. The better the connection, the more ticklish I am. My boyfriend can get me screaming and crying and begging for it stop, while with most people I'm a SAM and egg them on. Allllll depends on comfort level and relationship.

Well ticklishness is in the eye of the beholder I believe. What may appear slightly ticklish to some may be extremely ticklish to others. So as individuals I think we all have varied degrees of tickle tolerance.
