Hmmm... genital tickling. Not my favorite, but there's also plenty of heavy-duty foot tickling, so I really can't complain! This story is pretty direct (not surprising, since your last few were so plot driven), getting straight to the tickling attacks. I do like the complexity of having Hilary's sister on hand (and barefoot) for Luis's special attention, and the whole idea of the assault being a late birthday gift! Nice detective work to determine her age, too... these guys should go into private investigating!
