I liked it too Perry~We've never met he in real life, but he's got so many details about me down to the letter. I'm so impressed with his ability!
XOXO
That's the mark of a good writer Steph...he has the ability to "paint the picture" in his words. I've worked some in hospital security, and can see that happening just as he wrote. In fact I did see it once; except not in a hospital
😀
In 1984, I walked in on a very similar scenario inside a northwest Atlanta office building I was patrolling. It was well after dark, I'd already locked the building up....when on an hourly round about 10 p.m., I heard a young woman's loud giggling and laughter from a dark insurance office located on the second floor. I knew sometimes a secretary or two worked late (because many times they'd ask me to escort them to their vehicle after dark); but had never heard the type of laughter erupting before...usually it was very quiet after 5:30 p.m.
I decide to investigate, and walked into the insurance agency's office, turn on the lights...and find the shocked 60 year old insurance CEO sitting in his office.....with his young (early 20's), very pretty secretary named Susan lying on the carpet, tears streaking her face, mascara running,
with her slender stocking feet in his lap (she was single...but he was a family man, with two daughters OLDER than his secretary
😱 😱 😀
I simply excused myself as checking out a strange noise, as Susan got out of the floor while Mr "H" sat there looking totally stunned
😀 I didn't even write it up in my nightly log...it was his insurance agency, and I knew both of them had keys and the right to come and go as they pleased (but will never forget how red both his and her face were from embarrassment when I turned on the lights
😀
Susan and I were about the same age, she worked late often...and several evenings later confided in me that she and her boss were having an affair, and yes...just as I suspected from the laughter, before I interrupted them, he was tickling the daylights out of her feet
😀

FYI -
"10 p.m. round...building secure" is far easier to explain to my captain than "10 p.m. round...heard loud noise in JAH Insurance....observed company CEO and his secretary inside, with tickletorture suspected but not observed"
😀 😀 😀
