It is given out annually to someone who has had a really positive impact on the community, and this years motivation was that "Snail Shell helps us realize that sometimes you just got to relax and take things slow. You won't get as worked up, and you will generally find yourself in more pleasant encounters."

Now, there's rumours that someone is trying to steal Snail Shell's glory by claiming his identity! The suspect also uses the initials "SS", so we all know he's a Nazi, or possibly a "Super Socialist". We must hunt this Commu-Nazi down before he does any more damage... any knowledge of his whereabouts should be reported to Godfather Carsomyr of the Swedish Mafia immediately!
The culprits' appearance is described as "Sneaky" and "Canadian" :microsmiley:
