I am not a foot guy, but I have reason to believe that the other people who are into feet feel that it doesn't really matter what kind of bottoms the person is wearing, as long as the feet are bare 😀

I can only speak for myself, but part of the reason is that I like the contrast between the covered legs and bare feet. It kind of makes the feet look even more bare, you know. Personally, feet don't catch my attention as much when women are wearing, say, bathing suits or the like. In that case, bare feet are just normal, so not as special, and since the legs are exposed, the focus isn't on the feet as much as when a women wears jeans. Heck, I'm not even a big fan of skirts and dresses (though I certainly don't mind bare feet even then). Also, to me, jeans kind of give the impression that the feet are sticking out of them, like the legs are trapped while the feet are exposed and vulnerable. Maybe it reminds me of bondage in some way? Finally, I enjoy the casual look of jeans.

I came of age in the 1970s,when it was common for women to wear jeans and go barefoot.It's just always turned me on,i can't explain why.Nothing wrong with bare legs and feet either.😀 I find nice legs on a woman more attractive then large breasts.

I personally have a thing special for barefeet and jeans...not to sure why though. Im gonna go with that it highlights the feet (as already said), thought I wouldent say I notice feet less if they are wearing something else.
