SOA - Weird Marriage Counseling

I originally got these two clips at Tickle Theatre almost 20 years ago in RM format. I was able to convert the clips to MP4 and made a screencap montage. The gist of the story is that a couple needs sexy help and the doctor prescribes tickling. I have no idea what the full name of the original movie is or who produced it. If anyone knows please post here. Thanks and enjoy 🙂

Update: Tkmstr is correct. The producer is Simply Outrageous Adventures from Anacortes, WA. I found a sampler video at Pornhub that shows this film title as "Tickling Turnabout", although the video does not include the specific scenes I attached originally:

It was made in MCMXC (1990). Roman numerals make it classy 🙂

SOA was the producer, Simply Outrageous Adventures or something close to that. No idea about anything other than that though. Seems like they're one of the ones lost over time.
