What do you think? Would I be able to use some laughing sounds from videos? I guess not, even after editing it. What would you suggest? Let's say that the game would be completely free and if possible, I would just ask for donations at the end of it.
 
I considered that for a project and pretty much dismissed it outright. It seems like just asking for legal trouble and a bad look in general, even though I'm not asking for money with the project at present. There are other options, which can be purchased or freely obtained for legitimate use in creative projects.

But I'd love to be wrong about this.
 
I don't know... Can laughter even be copyrighted? Best to ask a patent lawyer but my first thought is no?

Cool idea, but such games were always very unpopular for some reason.
