there is also no sound.

i prefer to see feet tickling with fingers than feather.

i think it is possible that, at the end of the clip she explained that she is very ticklish

from her sides. and

guy tried to tickle her sides after then

I didn't download this clip, but from looking at the still shots posted,
I think there is a similar clip with a different woman getting her feet
feather tickled.

If I recall correctly it's the same scenario and set up.

A cute blond in a short black dress sits in the chair and a guy removes
her heels. They then tickle the soles of her bare feet with a pink
fluffy feather while the ask her questions. I guess the tickling is
to distract her. The woman in the clip I'm thinking of kept putting her feet down on the bar of the chair to hide her soles.

It had sound and seemed to be a Spanish game/variety show.
I think it's the same one as above. Does anyone know what this show is?

It appears they use tickling on occasion.
