Stanley Cup Finals are set!!!

Congrats to the L.A. Kings after one of the greatest Conference Finals Series, in recent memory!!!

Now we have L.A. vs N.Y. for the first time in a major sports championship series...since the 1981 World Series!!! Good luck to all fans rooting for their respective teams!!! Should be a good series...whether it becomes high scoring, like the Kings/Hawks...or what could come down to great defense and goal tending, from arguably, two of the best in the game!!!

But I have to say.....GO KINGS!!!

I know 2 games into the series but Quick vs. Lundquist. But both games went into OT. Should be a heck of a series. I like both teams but I'm leaning toward the Rangers.

WAY TO GO KINGS!!! 2nd cup title in 3 years!!!

Even though it only went 5 games...it was a tough, hard fought series!!! Outside of the 5-4 outcome of game 2...the defenses and goal tending really stepped their games up!!! Lundqvist and Quick were outstanding...the Rangers speed and craftiness was a surprise to the Kings (I think)...but the Kings size "up front", was just a little too much for the Rangers to handle (I believe) And the Kings got a little bit of redemption for 1993...having lost 3 to Montreal in OT, that year...by winning 3 in OT, this year!!!

Anyway...congrats to the KINGS!!! And kudos to the Rangers, as well!!! (outside of their own fans, who really expected them to get that far??)
