I saw the Ben Stiller STARSKY & HUTCH movie. Early in the film a quick tickle happens. It's the scene where Stiller is seated in his police captain's office. The captain is about to introduce him to his new partner, played by Owen Wilson. A woman opens the office door to show in Wilson, who tickles her side as he passes by.
Don't see the movie just for that - wait for basic cable. But if you feel like a goofy fun film, STARSKY & HUTCH is actually very good.
