Not quite sure the origins of this or the story behind it, but I thought it was a cute authentic mainstream clip. From the YouTube description:

"A great film produced by a theater group in New England. A tour guide takes a history student on a tour of an authentic set of stocks and pillories, including demonstrations on how people were locked in and tortured, to include tickling. The guide I think really likes her job as she tickle tortures the girl quite a bit before letting her out."

Well, for the original source I have to search.

But they do a lot of clips like this one. Sometimes also with two girls in stocks.
