Stop the Smoggies (Cartoon)

Hi again, i have an other request;

there was an old cartoon series on nickelodeon called: stop the smoggies / prinzessin lila und die smoggies / SOS polluards

in episode 36 (a feather in her cap) a female villain is feather tickled on her foot;

i searched on youtube etc. and found some epipsodes, but not this one;

has anyone the sce or the episode? i am searching for it since a long time, but i couldnt find it;

it would be great - thx a lot

This particular clip has been requested on this forum numerous times but I have yet to actually see it. I think you may be out of luck on this one. 🙁
