Strahan Gone

Its the end of an era. Thats right Micheal Strahan calls it career today. any thoughts, comments, feedback please.

I think its for real I mean he said "It's time, I'm done." I think him and Brett Favre (if he stays retired that is) undoubtedly will be a lock for the Hall of Fame.

I think he will stay gone, and we will soon be seeing him on the NFL Network as an analyst.
Best way to go out..on top without watching your skills diminish on the field.

I believe that both he and Favre are gone for good. They will both be in the HOF within the next few years, Strahan still holds the single season sack record and I believe ranks 5th on the all time sack list. Favre, as much as it pains me to admit, was one of the best to ever play the game.

I really hope I don't have to see him as an analyst....not because I don't think he might have some insightful things to say but because I can not stand watching that gap in his teeth during his interviews much less if he was doing pregame or something like that!

The all-time sack record is a little skewed. They didn`t start to keep sacks as a stat until 1982
