Maybe not entirely pointless, as long as pain is not equal to pleasure for the receiver. Hell is not about dying, it's about having an unpleasant time. But yes, with all the folk that goes to Hell, Priëlla can't really trust things like this, especially when someone is being really kind... that generally means they want something of her. Natural reaction.

Hehe. Interesting comment. I take this as a compliment. It's a very 'different' comic, so I guess it's standing out from the usual comic, which is good. But there's definitely a coherent story going on... you'll just have to wait and see how everything unfolds. You'll even find out why Dora ended up in Hell in the first place... but before that you'll get to see how Sarah got in there (even though you already kind of know... just don't know the details).

Dora is just a kind person. Too kind for this place. And indeed, even though she's being tortured by Priëlla, she tries to understand her reasons and actions and see the goodness in her. Her picture of the demon may very well be clouded... but we'll find out about that yet. The 'fighting page' was indeed rough, and I dare-say probably the worst page of the entire comic. A thing or two are going to happen yet, but they're milder, or at least short-lived. This comic isn't really about violence but not only is this almost unavoidable in Hell, it does contain some contrasts. The leisure times are part of that. A 'green sky' day (such as you just saw) happens every week (Dora is right about that) but I don't want to say more now or I may give away some things that I don't yet want to. 😉

lol Wow for a long time, Dora is being ignored becuase of that choice. Heck I guess she either doesn't realize that Dora is right, or she's ignoring Dora for the stupidity about how nice the "Lake of Fire" can really be.

Regardless of what she's up to now, she is already in Hell, so it barely matters. But yes, this is more than a cat-fight and she's definitely up to something. But that's "to be continued"...

Now that you mention it, I did see her smiling with all the demons that was making fun of her and laughing at her. Seems she has reasons for that hatred.

In the west, number thirteen is often linked to 'bad luck', 'accidents', etc. So I thought this flashback (featuring Sarah) would fit well with this page number. Of course the things that happened were not just 'bad luck' and if things would have gone the way she wanted, she would have still marked her destiny.
