The picture's sort of weird, but the suits themselves aren't. They have sort of a comic book superhero or supervillain thing going on there. Actually looks like a couple of Poison Ivy lookalikes to me, blonde hair aside.

Maybe odd, but you've got to wonder just how sensative they'd be to tickling with a full body suit like that. Not to mention the fun in getting someone out of it...

Yes, it tickles

It's been my experience that those spandex suits enhance ticklishness quite a bit. Not sure if it works for everyone, but it sure tickled when I tried it. 😉
