This happened in Tenn. I think, a femae teacher was having an affair with a student and he was shot by her husband. Now he was 18, 17 when it began. So he wasn't a minor, but it made me think, when a 14 or 15 y/o begins a sexual relationship, they like what it does to there bodies, but they can't comprehend everything they're getting into. In this case he was of age, barely, but he was. But wen they're younger than this, sex feels good, but it is an adult relationship, they just don't understand that acting like an adult has often adult like consequences. This is a prime example of why females are very guilty, just as guilty as men, when it comes to statutory rape.

Side note- I don't condone what the husband did at all, and this guy was of age, but he was young, and unfortunately will never get older.

I hate to say it, but the Deliverance banjo tune started playing in my head when I found out about this.

Why?

What does this have to do with this poor guys age? How is this different to any guy of any age having an affair with any married woman?
As far as cheating on the husband, the woman is as guilty as the boy, but they were having an affair, right? Then what does this have to do with rape? 😕 :sowrong:

Yep. And from there it shifted into "Gimme Three Steps" by Lynyrd Skynyrd.

I hope they throw the book at that murdering son of a bitch.

Murder provoked by adultery is still murder. There are more civilized ways of dealing with adutery, divorce being one of them.

I said TWICE that it didn't

An adult knows that this could happen, a child does not see past the physical

I was using this as a what--if, and specifically said "with a 14 or 15 y/o". This guy was of age, but many students aren't.

Please read more carefully before you reply
