So how do they contact you?

The second rule of finding a willing ticklee is to leave an address so interested parties that come across your ad can contact you privately (the first rule of finding a willing ticklee involves turning off your computer and actually establishing a real-life relationship with someone first, but that's irrelevant at the moment). With the ratio of men greatly outweighing that of women on the forum, I think many females are more comfortable with private replying to ads that interest them as they see fit as opposed to publicly posting info for all to see.
