Anyone else here subscribe to any artists on Patreon?
Observations and opinions:
You don't know what you're actually going to get until you actually pay money. Sometimes it's a sham what you then actually get. I figure I usually get 8? pages from MTJ for $10. Billy Buddy is amazing artist on Patreon for what I actually want to see in tickling porn. Most of the artists would get $10 out of me just once in 5 years for all the material that they have that I actually like.
Some artists charge too much, or maybe not enough. But here's the thing, I can go to C4S and get real women being tickled for $5-20 and when I support an artist on Patreon I'm usually going to get maybe 3 pics I want to download for about the same amount of money and I suspect the idea of Patreon is to keep giving this donation each month to just get 3 pics as if we all make 100k and can afford to support all 30+ artists on Patreon who are seeking donatons. And unless you're literally BAC you're art is going to suck compared with a clip from C4S. Not that I don't appreciate art.
Also many artists have a certain thing they like to draw and this might not be something I want to see. As a straight male, definitely not into MM art and almost don't care for any FM content and will certainly never get off to FM content EVER. Also, if I donate for 1 month to find out an artist does an occassional tickling piece, but focuses more on bondage then that is also taking away from what I want.
I also don't understand Patreon pages where there are videos which I can't download. Okay if you don't want people just paying you $10 once to download everything then put that stuff up on C4S.
To sum it up I think there are at most 3 artists I should be donating to every month as a straight male who's only into tickling in bondage scenarios where the art is at least closer to what BAC could draw compared with what I can draw, which is damn near only stick figures.
I understand why MTJ might have standards for who they allow to draw for them if that's how they conduct their business. Dr. Random great. Many of the artists should just be posting for free on DeviantArt.
Just my opinion.
