suggestion for new section

It's been thought about by me in the past, but experience on other forums has taught me that it does not work. The people who place ads see such areas as ad ghettos, and as areas taht most users avoid. So they keep posting in the same places as before. As I don't have a problem with ad like posts in the content forums, I really see no reason to add another layer of work to the staff in having to continuously move all posts that would be 'off topic' under the new rules, that would keep popping up in the content forums.
