Locking Summer’s feet in cuffs but leaving her arms free makes for a fun video while she tries to resist the urge to reach down as her feet are tickled. She is thrashing, laughing and jumping with every stroke on her soft feet. With how much she moves, we actually had to be careful that Summer didn’t roll of the side of the bench.
