Actually, I think she is more ticklish than the clip shows. This looks like non-fetish, real people tickling. The tickler isn't a skilled tickler (no ill respect here guys). So, her technique is more touching the feet than tickling.

I've seen this with new girls on shoots and have taken the time to teach them how to tickle.
