Time to pick and predict. 😀 I'll start off.

This should be a great game #1 offense (Denver) vs #1 Defense (Seattle). Denver has a bit more experience in terms of players going to the big show then Seattle does but I think Seattle is a bit better situated to deal with the cold. Seattle is a bit more physical and has a better run game. Good things to have in the freezy ass cold. If the weather is not too windy and just cold then it may not matter too much and Peyton may be able to rack up some great passes and TDs. I think though when push comes to shove I personally give the edge to Seattle as I think great defense wins games and a great run game helps a lot too. My prediction Seattle wins 24-20.

OK, Kurch, you have induced to make a post about a game I likely won't watch.
I actually don't care who wins, but if somebody were making a bet on my behalf, I would tell them to bet on Seattle for me. 😀

In some ways,I hope Denver wins. No offense my friends. Simply because of Peyton Manning. I would like to see him in one more win. I don't think he will play much longer. That game gets hard on a mans body after time.

I agree :iagree: I like Peyton too. :bounce: and I hope he does win. I just think Seattle might be too much for Denver though. I hope I am wrong. 😛

Gonna be a good game. I won't watch it as I have to work a long day.

Whenever I try to call one on the nose, it can go any other way but. Bearing this in mind ...

It's too soon for Seattle. They are a young team and they will be back.

The greatest difference between the teams is at quarterback. I am no fan of Denver after the shabby treatment they handed Tim Tebow, much less so than of Seattle and their season of outsized achievement.

But Denver has a decisive advantage. Barring a collapse, I make the spread four. Over-under, I'm with you, Captain Kurch -- low 40's.

Seattle...being a long-suffering Chiefs fan, I hate the Orange and Blue with every fiber in my body. Plus having to deal with these bandwagon Donkey fans here would give me joy to see Richard Sherman pick off Manning and run it in for six.

As for my team, I hope that Clark Hunt has Kansas City on the right track. The team has only 3 post-season wins since 1969. That last playoff appearance was a disaster.

I'm rooting for Denver, as I have always liked Peyton Manning since he played at Tennessee.

I am officially ONE for ONE in my football picks for the 2013/2014 season. :rowfull:

Peyton Manning reverted back to his mediocre playoff performances of past years.

Didn't care either way, but once again...#1 defense smothers #1 offense!!! If I heard a stat on ESPN correctly, I believe the #1 defense has prevailed 11 out of 14 times!!! (sorry, too lazy to look it up) LOL!!
