Mercenary known as Elias Orr traps witch named Halcyon and magically binds her with the help of two dog-like familiars.
As she's helplessly hovering in the air, unable to escape the magical trap, he orders dog/familar named Zeus to lick her feet. In the box of the next panel he says "I want her laughing when she hears this", but unfortunately the scenery changes and different woman is laughing in that panel (Superman's mother).

I was very surprised to find something like that in a newer DC comic.
