SW Tickle site

What ever happened to the swtickle.com website? i go to it and it says it has been moved but when i click on the link it says cant find the server

It has been Shut Down.

They would never make upgrades on their site, so after I found the TMF I really don't miss them.

It had been moribund for years.The last update when it was still up was 2001 or something.Kind of a shame really.I though it had potential.

sw tickle was a wonderful site, and back in the day it rivalled the TMF for my affections.

it was never updated and so i stopped visiting it.

however, perhas less than 12 months ago (but don;t quote me on specific date) I went to the sw tickle site, which was still live and I seem to recall it had some option to see site statistics.

Now, i'm not sure if they were completely honest, but they suggested that the site was getting 4000 people a day looking at it, which simply amazed me. I'm not entirely sure what those 4000 were looking at.

I just checked registry information and the site was updated on 7 October 2008 and is due to expire on 6 october 2009 (although it is very possible that it will be extended).

This site has been kept alive in a dormant state for years. I'm sure it will be back.
