Being a switch seems to me (yes, my opinion, for what that is worth) to help someone be better at both ... who knows better how to tickle than someone who goes through it, after all. There is an old adage in the bdsm scene (wherein a lot of people can be so opinionated as to be plain silly) .... an adage that says the most evil top in the world is a bottom .... that just makes sense ... as does vice versa .... seems to me we should do what we enjoy doing ... isn't that the point? :lol

But in addition to that I think it is a confidence thing. I've not really had much experience at lerring so I don't think I'm that good at it.too worried that the lee would get bored so I lose interest lerring quickly. The exception being I have to be really comfortable with the person to switch and they have to like leeing too.

As well as enjoying lerring far too much. :stickout Regardless, I'm still super insecure, non-confident, but I think I have 'much' better odds at 'faking it' being aggressive and 'trying' to tickle people than ... not (yes, this is a 'super' big step for me, stating such, okayyy??? >_< >_<).

see and I would rather have someone be honest with me then say "I'm a switch." I mean i understand the confidence thing myself. I don't really have any lering or leeing experience. I think i'm a horrible ler and an okay lee as well. So i understand the confidence thing, but at the end of the day I rather a person be honest then lie to me.

Dragon-I agree with what you said about being ticklish not making for a bad 'ler. You can be super ticklish and have a super leeish leaning and still be a fantastic 'ler 😉

I think that there is a element of being a ler or a lee in most of us, up to a point, so being a switch can be a very good thing.
A while ago most people said that they were either ler or lee, and the debate carried on from there.
Now i see that most people say they are both, maybe this is leaving each option open.
I have found that since i allowed my lee to tickle me (sort of a revenge equality situation)
My performance as a ler improved, i gained a better idea of what it meant to be a lee, and it enhanced my meager performance.
By nature i'am dominant but have a submissive streak, shall we say i'am submissive curious, and ticklish so the ability to switch offers gains.
If i was not ticklish then the switch situation would not be possible.
The ratio is about 60% ler 40% lee and a similar ratio for the dom / sub element.
I guess its a bit like throwing a light switch, on /off light and dark, don't look to me for illumination or inspiration :rolleyes
Being a switch can only be good in my book, but i can understand people being uneasy with some aspects.
