Tara Strong briefly tickled (I think)

Was watching this sorta new panel for the animated series "My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic" (please don't judge cause even though it's a kids show, I really like it) and Tara Strong and co-star Peter New have been messing around with each other which is very amusing yet distracting to watch. lol There's a point during the panel where Tara sits on Peter's lap and to get her off, I think he tickles her sides.
