these are stocks off my lil tickle bench and i can easily envision a lil set like that added to the foot of that spineboard. I do quite a bit of on the belly soles to the sky toes tied down tight tickle fun.

around here those are called long boards or back boards. Check with your local fire dept/ambo company as they might have some around that have been taken out of service and you should be able to buy them, and they shouldn't cost you much at all.
