Well, no wonder when you draw her so well. I mean honestly, how can anyone resist?

Somehow Tats must like this, being tickled by her fellow officer; her feet not being tied, and the other cop being rather relaxed (love the expression on the ticklers face!) she's hardly struggling at all... 😀
