Tattoos?

Question for the tattoo people….has a tattoo diminished the sensitivity of a particular area, rendering it less ticklish? I have zero tats, but a new play partner has MANY. Just curious. Thanks.

It’s on my lower back, so I don’t have a picture 🙂 the other one is on my finger

It might lower sensitivity because the scarring might make the skin tougher. But tattoos also offer more texture which might be more interesting to tickle.
