yeah, hey, would there be any special reason that you are naming all of your clip files TC-005, TC-006, etc? i mean, are you trying to fool people that we are you, or you are us?

i have to come right out and say it. that's not cool at all. do you think you could maybe come up with your own personal file name format, since i doubt your company is also named TC Video?

it would be really appreciated by both us and future customers of yours. why make it confusing?

actually, on his website it is marked "TIC" it looks like he just marked it like that on here. not defening him or anything but if he is an intl film maker maybe he doesnt have any malicious intent.

he (they) must have just changed them. a few hours ago on their website it WAS written as TC005, TC006, TC007, etc... i hope he doesn't think the "i" in the middle now makes it all better. my advice would be to just call their clip file names something like tplay005, tplay006, etc... why the heck make it so close to someone else's established company...

i'm sure FM concepts would not appreciate us naming all our clips starting with "FMC". this is all just too fishy to just be coincidental.

TC, wzi¹³em jako skrót od Tickling. Filmy trample nazywam roboczo TR, crush CR i tak dalej.
Nie mam ¿adnych z³ych zamiarów, wiêc nie kombinujcie.
Od kolejnych filmów, bêd¹ one mia³y inne nazwy a te niebawem przerobiê.

And to avoid any further unpleasantness, I am in the process of having my name changed legally so that my initials also no longer spell out T.C. in an effort to avoid any further confusion. I assure the party involved that no misuse of trademark was intended and humbly ask that they be patient because the court system is backed up and may take awhile. in the meantime, I will change my initials to F.M (Damn!) I mean T.M.F. (damn!) I mean T.I.B. (DamnDamn!)

I have never visited your site, so I couldn't know
that you name your clips in this way.
I took TC as abbreviation for "Tickling". Trample clips I call
TR, crush clips CR and so on.
I havent't got bad intentions, so please stop accusing me.
As you can see, I've changed all names yet.
