It's hard to tell for certain, but I'm pretty sure it's a battery powered automatic flosser/pick/brush for use on your teeth. It would vibrate and rotate(I think) to knock loose the stuff inbetween those pearly whites.

I thought of the HummingBird by Oral-B when I saw that.

I dont think it would be a elec. toothbrush without the head because those things are really sharp and rather painful.

Looks like the thumbnail above is a different product, with similar results.

We just did a shoot this last weekend, and used the exact same hummingbird that TickleTheater just posted. It cost like $6 or something silly at Target. It's just a flosser that vibrates. It works pretty well, but the tickler has to be careful not to jab too hard, or it ends up hurting.

But our tickler got in between the toes of some of the ticklees, and that works very well. Jessica said it felt like a little cattle prod 🙂
