Tech Support? Can't chat with Windows 8

Hi guys. I didn't see a forum for tech support stuff, but I recently got Windows 10. Now when I go to the Chat forum, it just sits there and says I need Java. So I got Java. And it still does the same thing -- in both Microsoft Edge, Chrome, and Firefox.

And yes, I rebooted the machine. 🙂

The problem could be when the java is installed. If I remember when I put in Opera I had to unistall the java I had. Install the opera browser then install the newer java. I think if the java is not put in at the right time the appropriate plug ins dont get set up in the new browser.

Why do I have a sneaking suspicion that the more software is updated the more internet browsers are going to change and thus the more the need will be to update the TMF and Tickle Theater?
