In the movie "Fever" (1999) at the 25:17 mark, Henry Thomas (of "E.T. The Extraterrestrial" fame) tries to tickle his sister Charlotte (played by Teri Hatcher). It's very brief, but Teri gives a convincing reaction that implies she's very ticklish. Whether she is in real life or not I don't know, but I'd like to believe she is! Here's a still pic from the movie. Maybe someone can post a clip?

One of the biggest missed opportunities for Teri Hatcher to be tickled on her feet was in the movie “All Tied Up”. What a waste!
 
INCREDIBLE waste... I'd volunteer to make a Directors Cut if it got me the cut footage. To this day, Terri is still a big question mark.
 
Isn’t there something foot related in that? A foot massage or something?
