Vallejo, CA, United States (AHN) - Three young children in Vallejo, Calif. were abducted following a carjacking Saturday night, but were released to a relative's house later in the evening. An Amber Alert was issued for four counties.


The California Highway Patrol identified the suspect as 27-year-old Bryant Jacobs. He is described as a black man, 6 feet tall, 170 pounds with short curly hair and brown eyes.

The children in the car are identified as 9-year-old Darius Williams, 3-year-old Niche'alah Harris and 1-year-old Michael Pittman, according to local television station KCRA.

CBS13 reported that Jacobs released the children after he heard about the Amber Alert. The news station said the children were unharmed.
