The 4 guys were in the theater watching an adult film. At one point, Kelso looks at the screen real big eyed and says "That looks like it would tickle!"
Later in the show, Eric decides to try out some moves he picked up from watching the adult film on Donna. He eventually does something she does not like, and she begins yelling at him and calling him names as she storms out of the room. Eric watches her scamper about, and then as a last effort to get her to reconsider, he holds up a large plume and says "But I've got a feather!"
Kinda cute. Still wish there was some ACTUAL tickling, but heck, just a mention alone is worth getting excited about these days...lol.
