That British Radio Show (Anybody remember?)

I remember a clips (or link) that was posted on the forum where a talk radio show did a bit where one of it's cast (female) was held down and tickled until she said her favorit Foot Ball team was rubish and that their rival was the best. Then they did the same to a male member of the shows cast. I really loved that woman's laugh and was wondering if anybody elts here remembers it or has a clip of it.
