Besides the awesome costume? I'd have to see, because he was a total ass. I loved the way he'd mouth of to anyone and everyone, Peri included. Poor girl... Really, when they toned him down, he got kinda boring.

Not my fave, but I've only seen him in one story, which was The Two Doctors, and he was pretty good in that I thought. I intend to check out more one day...eventually.
