Who cares what celebs have to say about anything when it comes to politics? Their rants are one reason why so many non-celebs view them negatively, and their association with the political left may have been one of the factors contributing to Kerry's loss last year. Anyone who reads my posts about politics knows I don't support Bush or the Republicans, but I have to agree with you and say that was a GREAT dig. Just once, I'd like to see a celeb say, "If (blank) wins, I'll STAY and fight him (or her) every step of the way!"

amk, again we agree. When "middle american's" see celebrities lineing up behind a presidential candidate that turns them away. Those of us in the middle can not stand when celebrities use their fame to push some kind of "political" agenda. PETA, fine...getting kids out of sweat shops, OK, but to start political talk is just plain silly. I again am reminded of that GREAT SNL skit when John McCain hosted, when he sang Barbara Streisand songs and halfway through it (it was like an informercial) he said "Youve been telling me how to my job for years babs, well I thought I take a shot at yours..and Im doing just as well as you do at my job...." it was absoultely the best.
